NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in a special session at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Sandwiches will be served at 5:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Consider public comments.
3. President’s Report
a. CCATT update
b. Fall Semester begins Monday, August 21
c. August 28th Next Scheduled Board Meeting
4. Consider and discuss the FY 2023-2024 budget.
5. Consider and discuss the proposed tax rate to support the FY 2023-
2024 budget.
6. Consider and discuss insurance quotes/options.
7. Adjourn.
