NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in a special session at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Sandwiches will be served at 5:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Consider public comments.
3. President’s Report
a. Fall In-Service Schedule
b. Fall Semester begins Monday, August 22nd
c. August 29th Next Scheduled Board Meeting
d. Community College Association of Texas Trustees (CCATT)- Trustee Mike Hembree
4. Consider and discuss the FY 2022-2023 budget.
5. Consider and discuss the proposed tax rate to support the FY 2022-
2023 budget.
6. Consider and discuss internet service replacement – Athens campus.
7. Convene to Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code
551.074:
a. President’s Evaluation.
8. Take any necessary action on the following matters:

9. Adjourn.
