NOTICE OF MEETING 
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday November 28, 2022, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.    Open meeting with prayer.

2.    Consider public comments.

3.     Consider and approve Amendment No.1 to Interlocal Agreement to Participate in Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Kaufman.

4.     President’s Report.
        a.    Board of Trustees Christmas Luncheon – December 8th at 11:30
        b.    TVCC Fall Graduation - December 9th at 10am and 2pm
    
5.     Consider minutes of the October 13th and October 24, 2022, board meetings.

6.    Consider business, financial and investment reports for September
       2022.  

7.    Consider and discuss approval of electrician and plumbing programs on the Terrell Campus.

8.     Consider and discuss electrical lineman instructor for the Palestine and Terrell Campuses.
        
9.    Consider and discuss approval of levy amounts. 

10.     Consider and discuss custodial services contract proposals.

11.    Consider and discuss installing a fire sprinkler protection system at 
           NW Dorm.

12.    Consider and discuss personnel updates.

13.    Convene to executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the following purposes:
         a) Real property
14.    Take any necessary action on the following matters.
         a)  Real property
15.    Adjourn.
