NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING- REVISED
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a special called meeting at 10:00 am on May 23, 2023, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Consider and discuss Kilman Property bids/sale recommendation.
3. Consider and discuss Phone System upgrade.
4. Consider and discuss emergency replacement of boilers in Cardinal
Hall.
5. Convene to executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code
551.072 the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the following purpose.
a) Real Property.
6. Reconvene to take any necessary action regarding:
a) Real Property.
7. Adjourn.
