NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2023, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.  Open meeting with prayer.

2.  Consider public comments.

3.  President’s Report:
•    Retirement Reception for President Jerry King- Friday May 5th at 2:30-4 pm in TVCC Cafeteria 
•    Graduation May 12th at Athens High School Arena with ceremonies at 10 am (Health Science), 1 pm (AAS and Certificates), and 4 pm (AA)
•    TVCC Foundation Annual Golf Tournament - Monday, May 22
•    Next Scheduled Board Meeting - June 26

4.  Consider minutes of the March 31, and April 3, 2023, board meetings.

5.  Consider business, financial, and investment reports for February 2023.

6.  Consider and discuss a TVCC Board of Trustee Advisory Committee to 
     the President.

7.  Consider and discuss Kaufman County Resource Connection request for 
     office space at the TVCC Kaufman Center.

8.   Consider and discuss fire suppression system at NW Dorm.

9.   Consider and discuss purchasing instructional equipment for the Terrell
      Campus plumbing and electrical programs. 

10.  Consider and discuss personnel updates.

11.  Adjourn.
