Notice of February 2, 2023, Special Board Meeting
NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in a special session at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2023, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Sandwiches will be served at 6:30 pm.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Convene to executive session in accordance with Government Code 551.074 to consider the following personnel matters.
a. to deliberate the employment of a potential public employee –
(President).
3. Reconvene to open meeting to take any action on agenda item listed above.
4. Adjourn.
