Notice of Special Board Meeting
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet in a special called meeting at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building on the Athens, Texas campus. The following items will be discussed:
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Adjournment to closed meeting to discuss the following personnel matters in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.074:
a. to deliberate the employment of a potential public employee -
(President).
3. Reconvene to open meeting to consider and discuss any action on
personnel matters related to agenda item 2 above.
4. Adjourn.
