NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.

2.   Consider public comments.

3.    Swearing in of the following Board of Trustee Members:  
        Dr. Charlie Risinger District 6
        Mr. Jerry Stone District 7
        Dr. Terry Eason District 9
    
4.    President’s Report:
        a. Summer and Fall enrollment report
        B. 2022-2023 Budget 
        C. Next TVCC Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting - July 25

5.    Consider minutes of the April 25, 2022, and May 23, 2022, and June 8, 
       Board Meetings.

6.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for March and April 2022.

7.   Consider and discuss dates for the final FY 22-23 budget workshop,
tax rate hearings and adoption, FY 22-23 budget approval, and September board meeting.

8.   Consider and discuss bids and approval to install fire alarm system at 
      Northwest Hall.

9.  Consider and discuss faculty contract renewals.

10. Consider and discuss administrator’s contract renewals.

11. Consider and discuss election of TVCC Board of Trustees Officers.

12. Consider and discuss personnel updates.

13. Adjourn.
