NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in a special session at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in the board room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Sandwiches will be served at 5:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Consider public comments.
3. President’s Report
a. Summer Graduation Ceremony postponed until the fall ceremony
b. Financial Aid Audit/Review
c. Fall Semester begins Monday, August 23rd
d. August 30th Board Meeting
4. Consider and discuss 2021 Job Classification and Salary Study.
5. Consider and discuss faculty/staff compensation adjustment.
6. Review the FY 2021-2022 budget.
7. Consider and discuss the proposed tax rate to support the FY 2021-
2022 budget.
8. Adjourn.
