NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas. Dinner will be served for the board members in the administration conference room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Consider public comments.
3. President’s Report.

b. Financial Aid Audit/Review
c. TVCC Special Board Meeting - Wednesday August 11 at 6 p.m.
d. TVCC Board Meeting – August 30 at 7:30 p.m.
4. Consider minutes of the June 28, 2021 meeting.
5. Consider business, financial, and investment reports for May 2021.
6. Consider and discuss student athletic insurance.
7. Provide update, review, and discuss the 2021-22 budget proposal.
8. Discuss Job Classification and Salary Study.
9. Consider and discuss faculty/staff compensation adjustment.
10. Consider and discuss personnel matters.
11. Adjourn.
