NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a teleconference meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021. The TVCC board and public will meet by calling 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 and meeting ID# 985 1162 4754. The public may call in free of charge and will be able to both listen and speak to the board.  A recording of the meeting will be posted online and made available to the public. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.    Open meeting with prayer.

2.    Consider public comments.

3.    President’s Report.

b. Spring housing update
c. Kilman/TVCC property update
d. Board of Trustees District 9 status
e. Next board meeting – March 29th 

4.    Consider the minutes of the January 25, 2021 meeting.

5.    Consider the business, financial, and investment reports for December
including the CARES Act and Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation (CRRSA) report. 

6.    Consider and discuss approval of the FY 2021-22 College Calendar.
 
7.    Discuss TVCC Police Department’s Racial Profiling Report.

8.    Consider and discuss copier/printer lease.

9.    Consider and discuss Lilly Solar, LLC Tax Abatement Amendment.

10.    Consider and discuss Bank Depository.

11.     Consider and discuss E-Sports participation as a NJCAA sport.

12.    Consider and discuss TVCC representation on the Kaufman TIRZ #2 Board of Directors.

13.    Consider and discuss personnel updates.

14.    Adjourn.
