Giving Tree of Opportunity

What better way to honor or memorialize someone than through a visual piece of art that is permanently displayed for the public to view-- The Tree of Opportunity & Excellence is a brass sculpture that is prominently displayed in the front lobby of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building on the Athens campus. Designed and installed by our late President, Ron Baugh, the giving tree serves as a visual tribute to those who have given their financial support to the Trinity Valley Community College Foundation.

Ways to be part of the cardinal family tree:

  • An engraved leaf on the tree represents a $1,000.00 to $9,999.00 donation.
  • A small engraved stone below the tree represents a contribution to the Foundation of $10,000.00 to $24,999.00.
  • A large engraved stone represents support of $25,000.00 or more.

Each gift to the Foundation serves in perpetual honor to those united in our mission of offering every opportunity for future students who seek a college education.

When a donor reaches the next level of contribution, they will receive a personalized plaque from the Foundation to honor their contribution level. Give Now , contact Emily Heglund, at emily.heglund@tvcc.edu or call us 903-670-2620.
