STUDENT ID FORM
College Board and TVCC realize that some students taking the TSI Assessment, are too young to have official state issued ID's (i.e. drivers license, college or high school ID cards, military cards, etc.). As an alternative for these students, College Board has provided a substitute form for use. Please be sure that it is completed in its entirety and present to proctor when taking the exam. College Board also warns that it is not acceptable to use any ID on mobile devices, social media, or yearbooks as validation of a test taker's identity.
