Steps to Reserve a Dorm Room:
1Become a Cardinal
Students must complete the full admissions process before applying for housing.
2Apply for Housing
Complete the online housing application. You will need to know your Cardinal ID and password combination and be able to log into your student portals. Your Cardinal ID and information about your password will be in your acceptance email from the TVCC Office of the Registrar. We have instructions available to help with your first time logging in.
3Pay the Application Fee
The $150 non-refundable application fee will be added to student's account within 72 business hours. This application fee can be paid from the students My Cardinal Connect student portal.
4Submit Bacterial Meningitis Documentation
Students must have submitted a current (within the last 5 years) bacterial meningitis vaccine record to the Office of the Registrar.
Each of these items must be received by the Housing Office before a reservation is official. Residents will be asked to complete a housing contract as a part of the check-in process.
