Cancellations & Refunds

The $150 housing application fee is non-refundable. The Dorm Room Refund Policy and Board Refund Policy are listed below.

 

For a Fall or Spring 16-week Term:

  • Cancelation prior to the move-in date: 100%
  • Cancelation on days 1 - 15 of the semester: 70%
  • Cancelation on days 16 - 20: 25 %
  • Cancelation after the 20th day of a 16-week semester does not qualify for refund.

 

For a Fall or Spring 8-week Term:

  • Cancelation prior to the move-in date: 100%
  • Cancelation on days 1 - 8 of the semester: 70%
  • Cancelation on days 9 - 10: 25 %
  • Cancelation after the 10th day of a 8-week semester does not qualify for refund.

 

For a Summer 12-week Term:

  • Cancelation prior to the move-in date: 100%
  • Cancelation on days 1 - 12 of the semester: 70%
  • Cancelation on days 13 - 15: 25 %
  • Cancelation after the 15th day of a 12-week semester does not qualify for refund.

 

For a Summer 6-week Term:

  • Cancelation prior to the move-in date: 100%
  • Cancelation on days 1 - 5 of the semester: 70%
  • Cancelation on days 6 -7: 25 %
  • Cancelation after the 7th day of a 6-week semester does not qualify for refund.

 

 

 

Board Refunds:

  • Cancelation prior to the move-in date: 100%
  • Cancelations made after the semester start date will be prorated based upon the number of weeks remaining in the semester term.
