Costs listed are per semester for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters. Costs are determined by dorm in combination with the chosen Meal Plan. Payment plans are available.

Payment Plans:
TVCC does offer payment plans that can be setup through students' My Cardinal Connect student portal. To participate in a payment plan, navigate to "Student Finance" within My Cardinal Connect, and select "Make a Payment" to be redirected to the payment portal. Payment Plan options will be on the right hand menu. Please be aware that partial payments without completing the Installment Payment Plan agreement will not protect a student from repercussions once the deadline arrives.
Meal Plan Information & Options:
TVCC's cafeteria, The Nest, offers 3 meals each day Monday through Friday. Brunch and Dinner are offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Cardinal Cash is a dollar amount attached to your Student ID that allows dorm students to purchase food on campus from the Cafeteria if you have less than the 19 meal plan and from Perch in our Student Union Building where Starbucks coffee is sold, a small convenience P.O.D., and a cook to order grille is located.
Changes to the Meal Plan can only be done between semesters and must be done before the first day of class. Cardinal Cash is non-refundable and must be used by the end of each semester.

All 19 of the available meals per week + $50 Cardinal Cash.

12 of the available meals per week + $240 Cardinal Cash.
