October 13, 2022 Special Board Meeting Minutes
Trinity Valley Community College
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met in a special called session at 4:00 pm on Thursday October 13, 2022, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building with the following members present.
Mr. Ray Raymond Mr. Ron Day Mr. David Monk
Mr. Jerry Stone Mr. Steve Grant Dr. Terry Eason
Mr. Michael Hembree
Members not present: Dr. Clayton Gautreaux, Dr. Charlie Risinger
1. Mr. Day opened the meeting with prayer.
2. Mr. Hembree moved, seconded by Mr. Stone, for the board to approve the addition of two minority members to the Presidential Advisory Search Committee. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Mr. Day moved, seconded by Mr. Grant, for the board to adjourn the
meeting at 4:07 pm. Motion carried unanimously.
