May 23, 2022, Special Board Meeting Minutes
Trinity Valley Community College
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met in a special called session at 10:30 am on Monday, May 23, 2022, with following members present.
Mr. Ray Raymond Mr. Mike Hembree
Members not present: Terry Eason, Steve Grant, Charlie Risinger, David Monk, Clayton Gautreaux, Ron Day, & Jerry Stone
1. There were no public comments.
2. Mr. Hembree moved, seconded by Mr. Raymond, to approve the result
of the May 7, 2022, District 7 Trustee Election.
3. A Certificate of Election was provided to certify Charlie Risinger for
District 9, Jerry Stone for District 7, and Terry Eason for District 9.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 am.
