November 17, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes
Trinity Valley Community College
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met in a special called session at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 via tele-conference with the following members present.
Mr. Ray Raymond Mr. Ron Day Mrs. Paula Kimball
Mr. Jerry Stone Mr. David Monk
Members not present: Dr. Charlie Risinger, Homer Norville and Steve Grant
Mr. Day opened the meeting with prayer.
2. There were no public comments.
3. Mrs. Kimball moved, seconded by Mr. Stone, to approve the results of
The November 3, 2020 trustee election. Motion carried unanimously.
4. A Certificate of Election was provided to certify Steve Grant for District
1, Ray Raymond for District 2, and Michael Hembree for District 3.
5. Mr. Monk moved, seconded by Mr. Day, to adjourn the meeting at
6:08 pm. Motion carried unanimously.
