SALARY: $56,531 - $62,184.08 (contingent on grant funding)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or closely related field
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years’ experience with working with workforce programs or relevant experience. Experience in building relationships with industry partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop relationships with external workforce development entities and industry representatives to address current and emerging workforce training needs within the college’s service area.
- Maintain and produce reports as required by institutional leadership, approve all expenditures related to the daily operation of the department; ensure that program instructor payroll is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of a Corporate Training strategic plan and executes an annual operational plan that drives performance.
- Partner with the Director of Workforce Corporate Training and the Director of Marketing, design and execute marketing strategy for workforce training and grant programs.
- Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful and courteous manner with students, employees, faculty, and the general public.
- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner with minimal supervision.
- Uses course and trainer evaluations that provide the opportunity for continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
- Interacts with Division chairs and continuing education department to share programming innovations and faculty.
- Serves on committees as appropriate and as appointed by supervisor.
- Work assigned schedule and comply with timekeeping policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of information.
- Other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.
