James and the Giant Peach

Synopsis: Orphaned James is sent to live with his aunts Spiker and Sponge, after his parents are killed in a tragic accident involving a rhino, but the aunts treat him horribly.  One day he meets an old man who gives him a bag containing the strongest magic in the world.  When James accidently spills it near the old peach tree the most marvelous things happen and this is just the start of his adventures.  With his new friends – Centipede, Earthworm, Grasshopper, Ladybird, and Spider-James sets off on an incredible journey in the Giant Peach across the ocean to New York.



Performances will take place in the Pauline Knight Perkins Performing Arts Center on the Athens Campus

$3 for children

$5 for adults

Free for TVCC Students, Staff and Faculty.



All shows will be held in the Auditorium. 

Running time: 60 minutes
