Trinity Valley Community College
 
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met in a special called session at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building in Athens, with the following members present:
 
Mr. Ray Raymond             Mrs. Paula Kimball                               
Mr. Jerry Stone                   Mr. Steve Grant                Mr. David Monk
Dr. Charlie Risinger           Mr. Homer Norville            Mr. Ken McGee
                   
1. Mr. Raymond opened the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
 
2. Mr. Stone moved, seconded by Mr. Norville, the Board go into closed session at 6:46 p.m. in accordance with Government Codes 551.072  and 551.074 to discuss the following items:
 
a.     Land offers or acquisitions.


b.     Update on Damuth vs. TVCC.
 
c.     Update on search for Vice President of Institution Advancement/Executive Director of TVCC Foundation.
 
d.     Any other personnel matters.


          Motion carried unanimously.
 
 
3. Mr. Stone moved, seconded by Mr. Norville, the Board return from closed session at 7:51 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.


4. Dr. Risinger moved, seconded by Mr. Stone, to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
