Notice of Special Meeting
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet in a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building on the Athens, Texas campus. The following items will be discussed:
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Closed meeting to discuss land and/or personnel in accordance with Govt. Codes 551.072 and 551.074.
3. Consider, discuss, and take any necessary action on the following matters discussed in closed session:
a. Land offers or acquisitions.
b. Update on Damuth vs. TVCC.
c. Update on search for Vice President of Institution Advancement/Executive Director of TVCC Foundation.
d. Any other personnel matters.
4. Adjourn
