Board Budget Meeting 8.12.15 Revised
NOTICE OF MEETING
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet in a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building on the Athens, Texas campus. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a workshop regarding the 2015-16 budget. The following items will be discussed:
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Consider and discuss the FY15-16 budget.
2. Consider and discuss the proposed tax rate to support the FY15-16 budget.
3. Consider and discuss establishing dates for public hearings for the proposed tax rate.
4. Consider and discuss establishing the date to vote on the proposed tax rate.
5. Adjourn
