Family Education Rights & Privacy Act of 1974
In compliance with the Texas “Open Records” Act and the Buckley Amendment (Public Law 93-579), TVCC will consider the following information to be “public or directory information” unless the individual student or employee advises TVCC Continuing & Workforce Education in writing that his or her name not be included or released as public information:

Date and Place of Birth
Current and Permanent Address
Telephone Listing
Dates of Attendance
Awards Received (Certificates, licensures, etc.)
Students may request non-disclosure of personal information in writing.
