The TVCC department of theatre is the place for excellent theatre training, outstanding productions, and joyous fellowship with other artists.  Whether you plan to work in professional theatre, strive to be a theater teacher, or just love the theatre, TVCC Theatre gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running. 

Our two-year theatre degree program offers hands-on training, in which students gain theoretical and practical experience through both coursework and the operation our award-winning theatre productions.  Each semester our department offers a variety of classes in performance, musical theatre, and technical theater while producing a fully staged theatrical performance.  We run a very student driven department with students heavily involved in all aspects of developing the production.  From student stage managers, designers and performers, our objective is to give you as much experience, in as many areas as possible during your time with us. 

Our mission is to create versatile theatre artists and well-rounded members of the community.
