- Accounting - The Business Office maintains proper systems of accounting and internal control. The Controller oversees operations and procedures which include accounting services for student-based revenue, ad valorem tax revenue, state appropriations, federal funds, expenditures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cashiering, fixed assets and inventory, general ledger activities, financial aid accounting and grant accounting.
- Finance & Ad Valorem Tax - Provides budget, treasury, ad valorem tax rate determination and other financial services. Ensures compliance with the college's fiscal policies, applicable state and federal regulations, and external audit requirements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.
- Purchasing, Contracts & Insurance - Manages purchasing policy and compliance activities, contract administration, and insurance programs and claims for liability, property and casualty loss insurance.
