TVCC, ETBU Sign Articulation Agreement

Trinity Valley Community College and East Texas Baptist University are partnering through an articulation agreement signed on Thursday, November 9 by ETBU President Dr. J. Blair Blackburn and TVCC President Dr. Jerry King.

The primary purposes of the agreement are as follows:

I.    To ensure successful transfer of approved courses for TVCC students and graduates transferring to ETBU.
II.    To provide guidance to TVCC students allowing for effective navigation of the admission, enrollment, and matriculation processes at ETBU.
III.    To ensure priority will be given to eligible TVCC students when applying for Christian Leadership and Academic Scholarships at ETBU. 
IV.    To allow and promote ETBU’s recruitment of students and graduates of TVCC.

“Trinity Valley Community College is very excited to sign and enter into an Articulation Agreement with East Texas Baptist University,” said TVCC President Dr. Jerry King. “(This) agreement will provide greater educational opportunities and a seamless academic transfer for TVCC students and graduates to pursue the completion of bachelor's and master's degree programs at ETBU.”
