TVCC Mathematics Institutional Scholarship

The TVCC Mathematics Department will award institutional scholarships during the Fall semester.  To be considered for an institutional scholarship, students must be enrolled in a Mathematics course during the semester in which they receive the award and/or majoring in Mathematics or related degree.  Academic scholarships will be awarded based on several criteria including current TVCC GPA or High School GPA if true freshman.

Applications are open and will close on the appropriate deadline depending on the semester.  The Application deadline is July 1 for the Fall semester.  This application MUST be completed each semester for consideration.  You are not guaranteed the scholarship each semester you apply.

To apply for a Mathematics institutional scholarship, interested applicants must complete the following steps:

1) Complete the FAFSA application form, if you have not already done so.  Although a student does not have to be eligible for FAFSA in order to receive an institutional scholarship, you must complete a FAFSA application.

2) Complete a Math Scholarship Application.

3) All applications will be reviewed to determine eligibility after application deadline for the respective semester.

4) When scholarship awards are finalized, any student that is awarded an institutional scholarship will be notified by email.

If you have any questions concerning the institutional scholarship or application process, please contact Division Chair for Mathematics, Lisa Clark at lclark@tvcc.edu
