In 2020, TVCC opened the Cardinal Advocacy Resource Center (CARC) and began operating a food pantry and clothes closet for all currently enrolled students.
Students have the opportunity to participate in this program regardless of financial status.
College students can face challenges related to basic needs such as food, clothing, bedding etc.
In order to address these barriers, the Cardinal Advocacy Resource Center can provide food, personal hygiene items, school supplies, bedding, towels and various clothing items.
Our office is located on the first floor of the TVCC Student Union Building room SU #104 on the Athens Campus.
Hours of operation for the food pantry and clothes closet:
Wednesday 1:00PM to 4:00PM
Thursday 1:00PM to 4:00PM
During normal business hours
