Welcome to Team TVCC: Ariana Spoon!

Spoon is joining The Valley as the Grants Manager.

She is excited to make a difference in the local community while at Trinity Valley Community College.

"I am excited to use my experiences to help TVCC continue to improve and make a difference in the local communities we serve,” Spoon shared.

Wanting to have a greater purpose in her career, Spoon decided to apply to TVCC and become a part of the staff.

“I wanted to be part of an organization that makes a difference to the local community,” Spoon shared. “I have worked for a non-profit organization in the past but when I left there I began working for a large corporation and since then I have really missed having a greater purpose for coming to work each day.”

Spoon has a background in grants management while working at a non-profit organization that supports victims of domestic violence. Though, Spoon has a lot of experience in grant management, she is extremely talented in multiple areas.

“I have a wide range of experiences in my background, anything from training horses to professionally decorating cakes to IT support to office management,” Spoon shared.

In her free time, she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her husband and kids. While at TVCC, she is excited to learn about education and working with an organization that has a positive impact in the community.
