A person who has received a CTW may submit a Criminal Trespass Appeal Form to the TVCC Chief of Police within 10 business days of receiving the notice. If the appeal is denied, the person may re-appeal after twelve (12) months from notice of denial. Subsequent appeals must occur at least a year apart. Appeal forms and any information the person wishes to be considered must be submitted. The Trespass Appeal Committee makes a substantive determination on the appeal. The appeal outcome is communicated in writing via email or a mailed letter within thirty days of the appeal’s receipt. Until the determination of the CTW appeal is finalized, the criminal trespass warning remains in effect during the review process. The committee may uphold, rescind, or modify the CTW under appeal.

- email the completed form to heath.cariker@tvcc.edu.
