MUSIC MAJOR FORMS

1.  Student Recital Form

All students are required to perform in at least one Student Recital per semester, according to their Applied Studies syllabi. Please click the following link to go to the online submission tool. This form must be turned in one week prior to your scheduled performance by 12pm.

2.  Music Juries Form

All music majors are required to submit their final exam in applied studies in the form of a music jury. You will present your semester repertoire for examination in front of a panelist consisting of music faculty. Please refer to your syllabi for grading criteria, dependent upon the professor's individual requirements.

You will need to print it, fill it out (please see your applied studies instructor for assistance), and make three copies to bring with you on the day of your scheduled juries. Failure to bring this form to your juries will result in an automatic forfeit of your time slot, and you may receive a failing grade for your jury.
