TRINITY VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
 
 
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building with the following members present:
 
          Mr. Ray Raymond             Mr. Steve Grant       Mrs. Paula Kimball
          Mr. Kenneth McGee          Mr. Ron Day            Mr. Homer Norville 
          Mr. Jerry Stone                   Mr. David Monk       Dr. Charlie Risinger
 
1.     Mr. Monk opened the meeting with prayer.

2.     Mr. Raymond called the tax rate hearing open at 6:52 p.m.  There were no public comments. Mr. Raymond closed the second public hearing for the tax rate at 6:54 p.m.  
 
3.   Mr. Monk moved, seconded by Dr. Risinger, the Board approved the Football Sideline Access Policy as presented.  Motion carried
      unanimously.
 
4.  Mrs. Kimball moved, seconded by Mr. Stone, the Board convene to executive session at 7:15 p.m. to discuss real property in accordance with Government Code 551.072. Motion carried unanimously.        


5.  Mr. Norville moved, seconded by Mrs. Kimball, the Board return from executive session at 7:47 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously. 
 
6. Mr. Monk moved, seconded by Mr. McGee, to adjourn the meeting at 7:49 p.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
