Board of Trustees Special Meeting Agenda - May 2, 2016
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet in a special called meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2016 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building on the Athens, Texas campus. The following items will be discussed:
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
1. Open meeting with prayer.
2. Adjournment to closed meeting to discuss any of the following personnel matters in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.074:
a. to deliberate the appointment, employment, and/or duties of a President Pro Tem (temporary President).
3. Reconvene to open meeting to consider, discuss, consider public comment, and/or take any necessary action on the appointment, employment and/or duties of a President Pro Tem (temporary President) discussed in closed meeting under agenda item 2 above.
4. Adjourn
