Trinity Valley Community College
 
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees met via conference call in a special called meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14th, 2013.  The call originated in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building in Athens and was available for public attendance.  The following members were present via telephone:

1.   Chairman Raymond called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

2. Mr. Norville moved, seconded by Mrs. Kimball, that the college award the remodeling contract of the Baugh Building to Basic IDIQ, Inc. in the amount of $36,428.65.  Motion carried unanimously.

1. Mrs. Kimball moved, seconded by Mr. McGee, to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 a.m.  Motion carried unanimously.
