EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Master’s degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in enrollment services, admissions, advising or other education-based related area.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Enrollment management software in a higher education setting (CRM, SIS), data analysis, and supervisory experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive and holistic enrollment strategies aimed at increasing student enrollment, retention, and completion.
- Analyze enrollment trends and data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Provides development and support for the student life cycle (recruiting to admissions to enrollment to retention to graduation).
- Assist with developing recruitment campaigns and materials as needed by the Director.
- Oversee the implementation of student support services related to enrollment, such as orientation programs, advising, and registration.
- Engage with prospective students and families to provide guidance on the application and enrollment process.
- Represent the college at recruitment events, college fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
- Assist the Director in the development of a caseload-based workload for enrollment services personnel.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding enrollment and admissions.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate reports and documentation related to enrollment metrics, student demographics, and other relevant data.
- Assist in preparing reports for accreditation, grant applications, and other institutional needs.
- Utilize and manage enrollment management systems (e.g., CRM, SIS) to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and develop technology-based collaboration strategies across the institution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department and lead initiatives to enhance the student enrollment experience and maintain continuity of service throughout the student life cycle.
- Assist with the development of a holistic, student-centered approach within Enrollment Services that focuses on setting student load and completion timelines in accordance with outside factors that may impact student success.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in enrollment management.
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the Enrollment Services department.
- Supervise, train, and mentor student success coaches; assist in supervising recruiters and Red Birds as needed.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring coverage for all enrollment-related activities.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality when required.
- Abide by TVCC policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by appropriate supervisory personnel.
