COSMETOLOGY DEPARTMENT

The Cosmetology program at TVCC offers students the opportunity to prepare for an exciting and challenging career in the professional beauty service industry.  Individuals who become licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas can engage in a fascinating career field offering unlimited opportunities in the field including hair, nail and skin care.   There are many avenues in the industry, including owning and operating your own salon, working in sales for cosmetic companies, managing large salons for becoming an educator for product manufacturers or cosmetology schools.

To Become A TVCC Terrell Cosmetology Student

• Fill out a FREE application in  our Advising office or ONLINE.
• Turn in proof of a current meningitis shot record (within last 5 years), if you are under 22.
• Turn in your official HIGH SCHOOL Transcript with graduation date; GED scores; or college transcript(s)
• Turn in your TVCC Cosmetology Application           
  Deadline for Fall acceptance – June 15
  Deadline for Spring acceptance – October 15
