  2. Click on Cardinal Connection
  3. Click on Students
  4. Follow Instructions to Log on
  5. Select "Register for Classes" or "Pay Your Tuition/Fees"  (Link to e-Cashier Available on Both)

Credit Card/Debit Card:

  • Payments are processed on the 5th of the month and will continue until the end of the semester

 

Cost to participate:

  • Full payments are free
  • $35 installment plan fee
  • $25 returned payment fee, if a payment is returned.

 

 

Availability:

  • E-Cashier may not be available during specific times and dates during registration

 

Conditions:

All financial aid, scholarships and refunds will be applied to the balance owed to TVCC.  Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted when financial aid is received or a class is dropped as some timing delays do occur.

 

Changes in your schedule which produce an additional amount due; must be paid for in person at the time of change. 

 

If your payment in full or down payment on the payment plan is returned for any reason, your contract will be terminated and you could be dropped from your classes.  Payment will have to be made in full at any of the campuses in person.
