NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a teleconference meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 24, 2020. The TVCC board and public will meet by calling 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 and meeting ID 924 9286 7767. The public may call in free of charge and will be able to both listen and speak to the board.  A recording of the meeting will be posted online and made available to the public. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.    Open meeting with prayer.

2.    Comments from the public.

3.     Conduct a public hearing concerning the Lily Solar Tax Abatement - David Hopkins.

4.    Consider and discuss the Lily Solar Tax Abatement.

5.    President’s Report.

a.    CARES Act Update- VP David Hopkins
b.    Fall Semester Update

6.    Consider minutes of the July 27, 2020 regular board meeting and the August 12, 2020 board meeting.

7.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for June 2020.

8.    Consider, discuss and approve the college FY20-21 budget.

9.    Consider and discuss the Fall 2020 Adult and Continuing Education schedule.

10. Consider and discuss approval of auto, liability, & property insurance 
      coverage.

11.    Consider and discuss collections contract changes and renewal.

12.     Discuss the 2020-2025 TVCC Strategic Plan.

13.    Elect Board of Trustees Officers.

14.  Discuss the TVCC Board of Trustees Assessment.

15. Convene to executive session to discuss personnel in accordance with 
       Govt. Code 551.074.
