NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a teleconference meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020. The TVCC board and public will meet by calling 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 and meeting ID 920 2355 3523 . The public may call in free of charge and will be able to both listen and speak to the board.  A recording of the meeting will be posted online and made available to the public. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.

                2.   Consider public comments.

                3.     President’s Report.
a.    Board Meeting/Tax Rate/Budget Workshop, August 12.
b.    Summer Graduation – Virtual
c.    Update on the fall semester
d.    CARES Act Update

4.   Consider minutes of the June 22, 2020 meeting.

                5.   Consider business, financial, and investment reports for May 2020.

6.   Consider and discuss employment of Kristin Spizzirri as the Vice
      President of Instruction.

7.   Consider and discuss the 2020-2021 college catalog.

8.   Consider and discuss Assistant Athletic Trainer position.

9.   Consider and discuss Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Coordinator
      of Women’s Athletics. 

10. Consider and discuss reorganization at TDCJ and upgrade TDCJ Part-
      Time Counselor to Full-Time Counselor.

11. Provide update, review, and discuss the 2020-21 budget proposal.

12. Consider and discuss personnel matters.  

13. Adjourn.
