NOTICE OF MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will conduct a teleconference meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020. The TVCC board and public will meet by calling 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 and meeting ID 919 2935 6716. The public may call in free of charge and will be able to both listen and speak to the board. A recording of the meeting will be posted online and made available to the public.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

4. Consider minutes of the April 27 and May 18, 2020 Board Meetings.
5. Consider business, financial, and investment reports for March and April 2020.
6. Consider and discuss dates for the final FY 20-21 budget workshop,
tax rate hearings and adoption, FY 20-21 budget approval, and September board meeting.
7. Consider and discuss Interlocal Agreement between Henderson County,
Texas and Trinity Valley Community College.
8. Consider and discuss TVCC Mission Statement and Vision Statement.
9. Consider and discuss engagement letter for annual audit.
10. Consider and discuss renewal of Athletic Insurance.
11. Consider and discuss Baylor Scott and White Advertising Agreement.
12. Consider and discuss approval of Certificate of Completion in
Automation and Controls.
13. Consider and discuss approval of Cloud Computing Certificate of
Completion.
14. Consider and discuss hiring an Associate Degree Nursing Instructor.
15. Consider and discuss changing TVCC from a Level 1 institution to a
Level II institution with a proposed Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
16. Consider and discuss faculty contract renewals.
17. Consider and discuss administrator’s contract renewals.
