NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administration Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.

2.   Consider public comments.

3.   Consider annual audit report presented by Mr. Marlin Smith of Smith Lambright & Associates, P.C.

4.   Consider and discuss the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for renovation of “Building B” Terrell Hospital for Terrell High School/TVCC Health Science Academy- Randall Scott and Tim Rutledge (RPR)

5. Consider and discuss Freeport Tax Exemption.

6.   President’s report.

2. February Board meeting – February 25^th

7.   Consider minutes of the November 26, 2018 regular board meeting.

8.   Consider business, financial, and investment reports for November and December 2018.

9.   Consider annual investment report.

10.  Review and approve investment policy and strategy.

11. Consider and discuss personnel updates.

12. Convene to executive session in accordance with Govt. Code 551.074 to

      discuss personnel.

13. Take any necessary action regarding personnel discussed in executive

       session.

14.  Adjourn.
