The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2020, at the Terrell Health Science Campus, Terrell, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.

2.   Consider public comments.

3.    Consider annual audit report presented by Kevin Cashion, Gollob Morgan Peddy- Accounting Firm.

5.   Consider minutes of the November 25, 2019 regular board meeting.

8.  Consider and discuss conveying the college’s ownership interest in 

     property located behind the Palestine Mall – an undeveloped 1.38 acre   

     tract of land (Lot 5, Palestine Mall Addition, City of Palestine) Tax  

    Account No. R34501 to the City of Palestine. 

9.  Consider and discuss the Chandler Tax Increment Finance District No.    

     One Board of Directors appointment.

10. Consider and discuss Emergency Justification of construction

      expenditures above $50,000 for gas line repairs.

11. Convene to executive session to discuss personnel in accordance with

      Govt. Code 551.074.

12. Consider and discuss personnel updates.

13.  Adjourn.
