The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2019 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed. 

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.        Open meeting with prayer.

2.        Consider public comments.

3.        President’s Report.

1. Christmas Luncheon- Thursday, December 12^th, 11:30-1:00 PM
2. Graduation at TVCC – Thursday, December 12^th, 5:30 at AISD
3. Next Regular Board meeting – January 27^th

4.        Consider issuing an “Order of Election” for May 2, 2020 for the election of a board member for District 1, District 2, and District 3 with each to serve a 6-year term.

5.        Consider minutes of the October 28, 2019 board meeting.

6.        Consider business, financial and investment reports for September 2019.  

7.        Consider and discuss board policy updates.

8.        Consider and discuss approval of levy amounts.

9.        Consider and discuss Cosmetology program changes.

10.      Consider and discuss Cyber Security Certificate of Completion.

11.      Consider and discuss Pharmacy Technician AAS degree.

12.      Consider and discuss Robotic Engineering Technology Certificate and AAS degree.

13.      Consider and discuss Basic Police Officer Academy.

14.      Consider and discuss Court Reporting Training Academy.

15.      Consider and discuss signing the Memorandum of Agreement and

           any other documents necessary to receive the assets and/or real

           property of the PT Kilman Trust.

16.      Convene to executive session to discuss real property in accordance with Govt. Code 551.072.

17.      Consider and discuss personnel updates.
