NOTICE OF MEETING
The Trinity Valley Community College Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building Athens, Texas.
Sandwiches will be served at 6:00 p.m.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
- Open meeting with prayer
- Consider public comments.
- Discuss the FY 2019-2020 budget.
- Consider and discuss the proposed tax rate to support the FY 2019-2020 budget.
- Convene to executive session to discuss personnel in accordance with Govt. Code 551.074.
- President’s Evaluation
- Take any necessary action on the following matters:
- President’s Evaluation.
- Adjourn.
