The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.
 

2.   Consider public comments.

3.     President’s Report:

            a. Next TVCC Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting - July 22

4.     Consider minutes of the April 22 and May 28, 2019 Board Meetings.

5.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for April and May 2019.

6.  Consider and discuss dates for the final FY 19-20 budget workshop,

tax rate hearings and adoption, FY 19-20 budget approval, and September board meeting.

7.  Consider and discuss a TVCC golf team.

8.  Consider and discuss the 2019-2020 College Catalog.

9.  Consider and discuss the Board of Trustees Roles and Responsibilities

      Manual.

10. Consider and discuss faculty contract renewals.

11. Consider and discuss administrator’s contract renewals.

12. Consider and discuss personnel updates.

13. Convene to Executive Session to discuss personnel in accordance

      with Texas Government Code Section 551.074, and land in

      accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.072.

14.  Adjourn.
