The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 24, 2018 in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Pirtle Administration Building Conference Room at 6:30 p.m., where no business will be discussed.

4.    Consider minutes of the August 27, 2018 and September 10, 2018  board meetings.

5.    Consider setting the tax rate of $0.13854 for the college’s regular tax district and $0.05 for the Palestine branch campus maintenance district as the tax rates to support the FY 2018-19 budget.

6.    Consider and discuss authorizing the president to enter into a new 

       electricity provider contract.

7.    Discuss and approve a nomination for directorship of the Henderson  

       County Appraisal District Board of Directors – Place 5 for a 2019-

       2020 term.

8.    Consider and discuss the Terrell Health Science Academy architectural services contract with Randall Scott Architects, Inc.

9.    Consider and discuss approval of non-participation of employees in the State Employee Charitable Contribution Program CDDA (LOCAL) policy.

10. Consider and discuss personnel matters.

11.  Adjourn.
