The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 25, 2018, in the Board Room of the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.  Dinner will be served for the Board Members in the Administrative Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. where no business will be discussed.

The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:

1.   Open meeting with prayer.
 

2.   Consider public comments.

3.   Consider and discuss cancelling the Board of Trustees election in

      Districts 4, 5, and 8 as no other candidates applied for election.

4.    Swearing in of the following Board of Trustee Members: 

          Mrs. Paula Kimball District 4

          Mr. David Monk District 5

          Mr. Ron Day District 8

5.    Consider and discuss the procedure for future Board of Trustees

       elections.

6.    President’s Report:

          a. Next TVCC Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting - July 23

7.    Consider minutes of the April 23, 2018 Board Meeting.

8.    Consider business, financial, and investment reports for April and May 2018.

9.    Consider and discuss estate funds from Nancy Perkins Estate donation to the TVCC Foundation.

10.  Consider and discuss purchasing policy correction.

11.  Discuss the FY 2018-19 Budget Proposal.

12.  Consider and discuss dates for the final FY 18-19 budget workshop

tax rate hearings and adoption, FY 18-19 budget approval, and   September board meeting.

13. Consider and discuss eyelash extension specialist continuing education

       program

14. Consider and discuss housing analysis.

15. Consider and discuss room and board rates for 2018-19.

16. Consider and discuss 2018-19 College Catalog and Mission Statement.
