NOTICE OF MEETING

The Board of Trustees of Trinity Valley Community College will meet in special called session at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2014 in the Orval Pirtle Administration Building, Athens, Texas.
The Board of Trustees may take formal action as to any of the items listed below:
- Public hearing on proposed tax increase.
- Consider and discuss the Forney annexation and memorandum of understanding.
- Closed meeting to discuss land and/or personnel in accordance with Govt. Codes 551.072 and 551.
- Consider, discuss, and take any necessary action on the following matters:
a. Athletic Director Responsibilities
- Adjourn
The vote regarding the tax rate will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the regular scheduled board meeting.
